These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "the Agreement") govern the relationship between b399 (hereinafter "b399", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "the User", "you" or "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise makes use of the b399 online betting and live casino platform available at https://b399.cam and its associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised pages and applications.

b399 is an English-language online betting and live casino information and wagering platform designed for users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the laws of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms and all documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah appear solely as educational context regarding familiar Pakistani payment rails. b399 makes no representation that any such payment provider permits, endorses or supports transactions related to online gambling, and Users are responsible for verifying the current policies of any payment provider before initiating a transaction.

To be eligible to register for and use an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and for so long as your Account remains active:

• You are a natural person aged at least 18 years, or such higher minimum age as is required by the laws of your country of residence or the operator's applicable licensing jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legal position in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or a person subject to sanctions restrictions that would prevent you from transacting with the Platform under applicable law.
• You do not hold any other Account — whether active, suspended or previously closed — on the Platform. Multiple Accounts per User are strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor or director of b399 or any associated entity, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicit written authorisation has been obtained.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any third party.

Users must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following obligations apply to the registration of an Account:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and phone number — must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• One Account Per User: Each User is permitted a single Account. b399 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations. Discovery of multiple Accounts may result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of associated funds.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. b399 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify b399 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• KYC Verification: b399 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a review of Account activity. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photographic identification (e.g., CNIC, passport) and proof of address dated within three months. Failure to provide required documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
• Account Currency: The currency denomination of your Account is set at registration and may not be changed after the Account has been funded. Illustrative figures on the Platform use Pakistani Rupees (PKR); actual Account currency may differ depending on operator configuration.

6.1 Deposits. Funds may be deposited into your Account using payment methods listed in the Platform's cashier section. Available methods vary and are subject to change. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name — third-party deposits are prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Your Real Balance must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold stated in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be fulfilled before Real Balance funds derived from bonus play can be withdrawn, unless the operator's published bonus terms provide otherwise.
• Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless the operator's cashier expressly permits an alternative. b399 does not guarantee the speed of any withdrawal — processing time depends on the operator, the chosen payment method, applicable compliance checks and the policies of the relevant payment provider.

6.3 Cryptocurrency. Where supported, deposits and withdrawals in BTC, USDT or other approved cryptocurrencies are subject to network confirmation requirements, applicable blockchain fees and applicable minimum amounts as stated in the cashier. Cryptocurrency regulations in Pakistan are subject to change; Users are responsible for compliance with applicable law.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering. b399 is committed to AML compliance. Transactions that trigger AML controls may be subject to enhanced due diligence, including requests for source-of-funds documentation. b399 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of AML procedures without incurring liability to the User.

All bonuses, promotions and free spin awards offered on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. The following general principles apply to all promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable Real Balance. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× requirement must generate PKR 150,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, individual bets must not exceed the maximum bet limit stated in the promotion terms — typically between PKR 500 and PKR 1,500 per round or event. Bets placed above this limit during an active bonus may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are published in the promotion-specific terms. Slots typically contribute at 100%; live casino, table games and certain other categories may contribute at a lower rate.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from activation. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without further notice.
• Sticky vs. Non-Sticky Bonuses: Non-sticky bonuses are automatically removed from the Account balance once wagering requirements are met, leaving only earned Real Balance. Sticky bonuses remain in the Account permanently but may not be withdrawn. The applicable type will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a maximum cash-out cap on winnings derived from bonus play. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will be removed from the Account balance. The applicable cap, where it exists, is stated in the promotion terms.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Most deposit-match bonuses require a minimum deposit to activate the offer. For illustrative purposes, this minimum is commonly between PKR 1,000 and PKR 5,000. Deposits below the threshold will not activate the corresponding bonus.
• Single Claim: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion may be claimed once per User, per household and per IP address. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times using different Accounts or payment methods will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.

8.1 General. All bets and wagers are placed at the User's sole risk. By placing a wager, you accept the odds, lines or game outcome as they stand at the time of placement. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled after confirmation except where the Platform's rules explicitly provide for cancellation.

8.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC T20, bilateral series, Test matches), football, UFC, kabaddi and esports — are governed by the specific market rules published within each market or event. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding a bet outcome, b399's decision, made in good faith, shall be final.

8.3 Live Betting. In-play wagers are accepted subject to the real-time state of the event at the time the bet is confirmed. Network latency may affect the timeliness of odds updates; any bets accepted after an outcome-determining event has occurred may be voided at the operator's discretion.

8.4 Casino and Live Casino. Casino and live casino games are governed by their individual game rules displayed within each game. Declared RTPs are subject to the published conditions of the relevant game title. b399 does not guarantee any specific outcome in any casino game.

8.5 Void Bets. b399 reserves the right to void any bet placed where there is evidence of a pricing error, system error, fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms. Void bets will be refunded to the User's Real Balance at the original stake amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening more than one Account, or using a previously closed Account under a different identity.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or other automated means to interact with the Platform, exploit bonus offers, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Users or engaging in any form of match-fixing, score manipulation or inside-information betting.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you, or attempting to make chargebacks or reversals against deposits that have already been used for wagering.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to b399 immediately at [email protected].
• Harassing, threatening or abusing b399 staff or other Users through any Platform communication channel.

b399 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reducing and after a cooling-off period when increasing.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each logged-in session, after which you will be prompted to stop or log out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of elapsed session time to help you maintain awareness of time spent gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary pause on Account activity, shorter than self-exclusion, for Users who wish to take a break without committing to a full exclusion.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from b399.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software.
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices on the Platform.
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose or in connection with any product or service that competes with b399.

Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in Account termination and civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b399 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, even if b399 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b399's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b399 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption, error or delay at all times;
• Defects or errors in the Platform will be corrected in any specific timeframe;
• The Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components — Users access the Platform at their own risk and should maintain appropriate security measures on their devices.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by b399's proven gross negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13.1 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting b399 Support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Balance remaining in your Account will be paid out to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no withdrawal restrictions are in force.

13.2 By b399. b399 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with any criminal enterprise;
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements within a reasonable period;
• Discovery that the User is under the applicable minimum age;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority;
• Prolonged Account inactivity as defined in the Platform's inactivity policy.

13.3 Funds on Closure. Where an Account is closed for cause (e.g., fraudulent activity or breach of Terms), b399 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where closure results in forfeiture, b399 will document its reasoning. Where closure is for regulatory or operational reasons unrelated to User misconduct, Real Balance funds will be returned within a reasonable processing period.

b399 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by email and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the changes, where reasonably practicable.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

The version of the Terms in force at any given time is the version displaying the most recent "Last Reviewed" date, as shown at the top of this page. Older versions may be requested from b399 Support for reference purposes.
